Open Enrollment PeriodYou may make changes to your benefit plan only during the open enrollment period!The open enrollment period for the AFSCME Local 2076 Health and Welfare Trust Fund is held each year during the month of March. During this period of time only member may add, cancel, or change benefits. Benefit changes made during the March open enrollment period become effective the following May 1st. |
